Centrally located! We are a quick walk to several independent local restaurants , bars, and shopping. Or you could grab a cab/rideshare anywhere in Louisville in under 10 minutes.
Walkable restaurants include the Full Stop Cafe, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, The Barret Bar and Grill. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

Hi there, My husband Ken and I have lived in the Highlands/Germantown area since 1997. I am a nurse and real estate agent and he runs our real estate investment company. I am originally from Louisville and met Ken while studying at the University of Kentucky. But, we both graduated from the University of Louisville. So since we went to both schools we get to cheer for both! We love Louisville, know the history and all the cool things to see and do. We love being centrally located and close to everything.
