Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 6 days away at time of booking.

About the Owner

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007. We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends.
